If you own a cat in Kiti Larnaca beware. Before Christmas I had 7 cats, the mum, 4 now adult kittens and 2 12 week old kittens. Mum has been spayed as one of the male kittens had been It was my intention to catch them all to be treated but, Xmas eve the male disappeared and now all the others have gone one at a time. The mum disappeared for one day but has now come back.
It is my belief that they have been trapped and dumped or poisoned. The only reason that mum has come back maybe because when they are spayed the vets clip an ear to show that they have been done.I live on the main road from Kiti to Pervolia.
So please watch your cats they may be the next to disappear.
Mine are semi ferral before anyone says why didnt I keep them indoors...

Is there any chance someone nearby started feeding them as well?? we started in summer with a few coming to be fed. then mum & 4 kittens moved in. the 5 stayed for a week then vanished. found out a month later they had moved to a neighbour & had only come to us as he was away that week. didnt see them for a few months until neighbour went away for winter end of november. saw mum occasionally but was convinced he had taken kittens & either re-homed or dumped somewhere. but no once he had gone they all came back. booked them & 2 other females with the free neutering scheme but day before the appointment the little boy went missing. been about 6 weeks & not come back.
