Relaxation and Breathing Techniques for Everyone
Learn to relax and effectively reduce stress.
When the relaxation response is activated, your:
• heart rate slows down
• breathing becomes slower and deeper
• blood pressure drops or stabilizes
• muscles relax
• blood flow to the brain increases
If you have difficulties in sleeping, unable to relax or breathe correctly, come and learn to combat these issues with Maggie Ridge who will show you how. It can help boost your general health, relieve aches and pains and increase your energy.
You will not be participating in yoga on the floor, everyone will be sat on a chair.
