Hi, we have a friend who has been moved from Paralimni Hospital to Larnaca and would like to visit him tomorrow, only not sure where the hospital is. I'm sure it is fairly well signposted once in Larnaca but we've never had cause to notice where it is so not looked for the signs!

Googling gives an address but can't find that street on my rather outdated map.

So if anyone could give me a general area of where it is (preferably in relation to a likely known shop as the wife knows where they all are!) I would be very grateful.

Hi, come along the motorway from Paralimni and turn off at Larnaca roundabout sign. Follow this dual carriageway until you get to a set of traffic lights just after the road has narrowed to twoway traffic, turn right and the hospital is just up on your left past a shop selling disability aids and Florentia bakers.
I hope your friend gets well soon.........Maggie Larnaca

Thanks for that Maggie, just to confirm, that roundabout is the main Larnaca/Nicosia turnoff, down onto the road with all the furniture shops (the wife says she knows where they are!)?

Our friend had a fall down some steps and has broken his arm as well as a suspected hip/thigh bone so is off to Larnaca in case he needs pinned or a hip replacement, but is pain free and in cheerful spirits at the mo!
