Has anyone used CF lately? and if so how fast was the the whole process. Have not used them since the debacle of earlier in the year.

I have made several transfers since the bank accounts changed and they are now in my account in 2 working days. I got just over 1.3 today.

Today CF have been very sneaky, under the guise of an improvement they have removed the market place. A user can no longer see what bids are in front or behind of the going rate.

I am very disappointed in them for doing this, as how can you have peer to peer exchange if you no longer know what is the bid of the offer.

I have sent a complaint, so lets see what they say.

I can honestly say I have never had any complaints with CF......even when they were experiencing problems earlier on in the year when they changed their "Banking Partners"......

Hope they continue with their extremely good exchange rates and good customer service......

Cheers,
Lyndi.

Hi Dave

There was a box labelled market place where you could see what other people were asking but you could not see what was on offer, so you no longer judge this side of the market place.

I did find the slider very fiddly but maybe it is better on a larger screen.

No better on a larger screen. I now take the view they are no longer "peer to peer" exchange but another FX broker. Sad

I have just heard from currency fair and you can still see the market place - but it is far from obvious how. They sent me pictures of how to do it. I will post them if anyone is interested. Very Happy
