Hi M&B
We are purchasing through OIKOS they are the developers who r building all the apartments in Panoramic Gardens. They are now building 5 more blocks with tennis courts/2 more pools supermarket etc right behind our blocks and will be called Panoramic Village. Could I be cheeky and ask who you have booked your flight with and how much as I am struggling here. Many Thanks
A*R

Hi guys,
Just to let you know that the whole development is being incorporated as one under the name of 'Panorama Village Resort' with facilities as described earlier: " 2 swimming pools, gymnasium, tennis court and mini-market. and there are some incentives for new purchasers. I personally think the location is excellent with good rental potential for those that need it.

Hi,
We have also bought an apartment in Panorama Gardens in Block D. We were over in Cyprus in October and the builer Oikos said they would be finished in April 2007. We have booked flights for early May, but then received a letter saying they will now be finished in January!
We cannot change our holidays so we will have to wait until May to exchange etc.
After knowing two people whos apartments are almost 2 years behind schedule, I am quite happy about this.
We only found out about the extra blocks, (which will block our sea view) in October and also the fact that the small gym would not be built Our solicitor said that as the new blocks will have a gym, tennis courts etc that we can use, we should not be concerned.
Hope you get sorted out,
Mary

Hi Mags

Very sorry about not being able to change your hols.We are going out there in Feb worried that the flight may be cancelled through lack of airlines going to Larnaca. We new nothing about the extra blocks being built until A&R informed us,not told by Parador or the Builders.I would have thought extra blocks would be behind the first blocks. We were told the land in front of our block was government land and the were not allowed to build on this.

Best Wishes
Marion and Barry

Sadly Marion you are not the first or the last to find out after the event Sad There does seem to be a lot of so called governement land being built on.

Hello All

We have bought an apartment on the first floor of Block C in the Panorama Development, not going over till May though as we struggled also to get flights earlier. Oikos informed us that the new development is behind the current blocks and will not be ready for another 2 years, on completion we will all become one community, the land infront of blocks A, B & C is the protected land and will have a BBQ area and childrens playground, or so we were told anyway. If you look on the Oikos website

under Panorama Village it shows the plan for the full development.

Looking Forward to May

We have a 2 bed in Block E which we bought June 2006, as far as we know it should be ready around July 2008 as per the original agreement ... unless anyone knows different.

Hi Panora People

We have already had the pleasure of meeting Marion and Barry (we have just taken possession in Block B and returned home now until June) but look forward to catching up with our other neighbours in the not too dustant future. The plans for the "extension" to Panorama Village are on the Oikos website so it looks like the dust is to continue for some time yet. That generator is going to have to go some to accomodate us all. We have intersting times ahead.

Best wishes all

Lyn and Geoff
