You do not have to be super fit to join us on a walk. You go at your own pace and we have regular stops to allow those at the back to catch up. We welcome anybody of any age with all levels of fitness and it certainly isn't a route march. It's a great way to enjoy some fresh air and exercise whilst admiring the views and making new friends as you walk along. If you would like to join us on a Tuesday walk don't worry about being alone as your OH is working. We have many walkers who come on their own for various reasons, so why not give it a try.
Rob posts details of the walk on this forum usually a few days beforehand.
Your friends will also be very welcome when they come over in October.
Don't worry about coming alone or not being as fit as you would like. We don't bite and I think you will enjoy it. Hopefully see you when we recommence in September.
