Does anyone know where we can obtain an FP10 prescription?

I didn't even know what an FP10 prescription was until I Googled it.

It would seem to be the UK. NHS prescription form.

If you have a completed one that you have obtained from the UK, I can only suggest that you take it to a Pharmacy here. They may have the same or equivalent drug but I believe you will have to pay.

Regards. Trev..

We mislaid my husbands tablets when we first moved here and we just went to the chemist and gave him the details and he just asked a few questions, then we got it with no problems. There are quite a few medicines that you can get here without a prescription that you cannot get in the UK - it depends what it is but it is worth a try. However, like Trev says you will have to pay for it.

Hi Helen, you don't give any details of where you are or how long you have been here etc. You may have the other option to go to the state hospital where you are, paying 2 to see a doctor and getting them through the hospital pharmacy for free. Depending on the cost vs the time involved it may be easier to just go to a pharmacy with the container for the tablets and pay for them. Regards, Jim.
