The Edessa complex comprises 34 units as follows:
* A Block - 8 units (apartments)
* B Block - 8 units (apartments)
* C Block - 4 units (apartments)
* D Block - 8 units (apartments)
* M Block - 6 units (maisonettes)
It's a Karma development completed at the end of 2004, and located behind the Karas Village Tavern and apartments on Kennedy Avenue.
