The construction of Ayia Napa Marina has now entered the second phase
according the latest video release.
TERNA S.A. a subsidiary of the GEK TERNA Group were awarded the contracts
for the construction of the both the first and second phases of the
development. The second phase of this luxury project includes the construction
of two towers, a complex of villas, commercial buildings and has a budget of
€164 million.
