At our recent AGM, one of the owners asked if there would be an objection to him covering his car parking space.

We all (?) have our deeds.
In the communal car park, there are five spaces, two for 'guests' and one each for house X, Y, &Z
The person in question is house Y

Are there any legal reasons why he should not?

Does anyone have any thoughts on this one?

Totallly legal as it won't be permanent. He should have the Committee's consent re aesthertics and how will it be supported raises questions.

I would think it is how and what he intends to cover the car park area.
