Have been advised by my optician to book an appointment to see eye specialist.
What is the procedure at Paralimni hospital for booking such appointments. Do you go to main reception or do you have to see a GP first for a referral. Many Thanks.

Also give private hospitals with an eye specialist a thought.. In the Paphos area you can just go at any time to a private hospital and pay to see the eye specialist / surgeon. The cost is only 35 to 45 and you have only to sit outside the consulting room for a short while.

Hopefully someone in your area can give information like this..

Trev..

You just ring up Paralimni Hospital and ask to book an appointment with the Eye Doctor and they give you one over the phone. This is what I did and on the day of my appoiontment, apart from the wait to register, I went straight in (could have been a lucky day!).

He seemed very competent and much better than the one at the Lito that I saw previously.

Good luck.
