I'm never convinced by conspiracy theories, but how about this? Two tankers attacked in the Gulf of Oman but no serious injuries. Major shares drop in price. The bulls start buying. Next day the share prices jump back up again. The previous buyers sell their shares. Millions in profits in a couple of days with just a few clicks. Is that not suspicious?

Certainly is - not to mention the increase in the oil price Think

Cheers

Itís down a lot on the month. I think there was a fairly small jump after the incidents but not really a post 9-11 sort of thing.

And now that the Zenobia is soon to be the subject of a TV series, for me the suspicious thing is that no insurance case was made. Why not? The official reason for sinking was a defective software which caused excess water to be pumped in. All shipping is insured by Lloyd's. The cargo of over 100 lorries with trailers, including a lot of military hardware must have been worth many millions. No claim made or claim rejected. If so, why?

Obviously someone didn't want that cargo to reach Syria,
