MPs came to a consensus regarding the ease with which individuals should be
able to rent out apartments in residential buildings.

This really is excellent news and will certainly benefit tourism across the island. Not everyone wants hotels or AI facilities, independent travellers already book online through Owners direct etc and regulating the trade will be a win win all,round.
