Try some of the hotels.
Some of them allow use of pool if you buy food/drinks.

Kama and blue spice in pernera are very nice and do good food too

then we often go to hotel pools and buy drinks at the bar without problems. is a few of the all inclusive ones where its not so easy tho. as dont take cash for drinks and when dont have wristband they know you are not residents

used to go to Crystal Springs hotel in day & evenings but told new manager is not allowing outsiders in now. plus they have waiters going around taking your drinks order so when say no AI or have room number will be found out. not been brave enough to go & try yet

Yes, Karma has a kids pool. The large pool is nice and well kept with ample padded sun beds etc. The food is freshly made and well priced. Makes a nice change from the beach!
