I think the idea to have limits on the amount of times, you can visit the GP, trying to stop hypochondriacs, who think a sneeze, warrants a visit to the doctor, and I know a couple of those.

Yes and it does say that . I still feel that the restrictions are too tight. As parents with young kids will know the amount for the kids is ridiculous

One would hope so. Its going to make a difference to some regarding the payments . Particularly pensioners
