What can you do if your post goes missing?

What can you do if, after waiting patiently for that important letter, parcel or
present it fails to show up?

Whether due to being stuck in a delivery office, pilfering postmen, poorly
addressed or a variety of other reasons clearly mail is not always reaching
the intended recipient. Whilst undelivered mail is a fact of life and not unique
to Cyprus what is unclear though... [

Amongst other things I was thinking whether the demise of Cobalt had
any effect on the late deliveries. If I remember correctly they were working
with the Cyprus Post to transport the international mail.

I also noted today from a few of the comments that mail was sent from
the UK on the 10th December and later. I think though that the last
posting date to get to Cyprus before Christmas was the 7th.

Still doesn't answer the questions about why the delays when it finally
gets to Cyprus though.

Cheers
