Can anyone recommend an insurance company that insures complexes, we are 26 apartments with 3 lift blocks and communal pool, does the insurance cover just communal area or is there a policy which covers apartments and communal area in one
Thanks, any response appreciated

I'd be interested in hearing any recommendations on this one.

I have done a search on here and found a recommendation from Nigel:

You need to insure with another company. I suggest you contact 3D Global in Limassol - Andrew Stott is the chap to speak with see

We use Abbeygate for our Paphos 10 house complex.

Thanks Steve

To answer murga's question about insurance of communal building and units (in murga's case - apartments.)

Each unit owner is responsible for insuring their own property and its contents - and their insurance policy needs to be with the same company that insures the communal building.
