Hi all,

Referring to a previous post, I have found information that Vehicle owners who have not paid their road tax for the last three years, on vehicles they are no longer using, will not be subjected to a road tax if they file an application with Road and Transportation Department (RTD) or give a sworn statement in court to verify that the vehicle is no longer in use.

In the link below:
https://cyprus-mail.com/2014/11/21/owners-of-idle-cars-to-be-spared-road-tax/

I have also searched on the RTD website:
https://rtd.mcw.gov.cy/WebPhase1/gui/Common/LoginFrameGreek.jsp?lang=en
But cannot find information on where to do it online.
Can someone help and let me know if there is an online form that I can submit on that platform for this purpose, or if there is any pdf document that I can fill and send by email? I am not in Cyprus anymore.. Sad

Probably your best bet would be to go to your local citizens' centre, they should have the details.
