Much easier at the Citizens advice centre. Loads of counters open, and friendly helpful staff.
Go to the reception desk, say what you need, get a number, take a seat, and wait for your number to be called.
If your Greek is not that good, ask the girl/lady to call it in English.
I went to Dherynia Citizen centre and was given the forms but told I would need to take them to the DOT. When I went there I was told they only did UK to Cyprus applications on Tues and Thurs.
You can download the form with an English translation from the Internet plus info on the documents you need to take, be sure to copy both sides of you UK license.
