Called in a few times usually because of special offers on their leaflets.
Today we called to hopefully buy Somersby Cider which our visitors like. Normal price in their store 89cents a can. Label on shelf says 24 cans for 18.96which is only 79c a can. Told us at till cost would be 22.36 which is none of those multiples.
Offered advertised price but cashier and a another "supervisor" insisted it was a wrong label and refused to meet price. Told there was nobody else to talk to.
So much for Consumer rights in Cyprus.
So wanted to warn people the special offers in that store may not be real. Ok Not a huge amount of money but we met the same issue last year when the leaflet price has changed which we did accept as there is a disclaimer on the leaflets.
Think Mas in the village although more expensive will sell a few more Somersby Ciders this week.
