Location: Shropshire/Staffordshire/Cheshire (UK) and Tala (Paphos) sometimes!

 
We just had one of these from Bank of Cyprus.

Has anyone else had one for a 'residents association' and if so what's the best way to proceed?
I have sent an email to the name on the letter, so maybe he will reply, but wondered if anyone else had any experiences???

Is it a letter asking for an update on a new Committee and authorised signatories on the Management Committee account?

If so,you just have to provide a copy of the AGM Minutes with the names of the newly elected/post-AGMCommittee, and each authorised signatory has to sign/resign the Bank's form.

It's just a letter headed Client Data Update and goes on to explain that the Central Bank of Cyprus regulatory requirements ...
Five pages of form and five pages of guidelines!

I've not heard back from the B of C guy who I emailed! Laughing
