I have got the grandkids over for another week, they are both toddlers so keeping them amused is hard going.
Anybody got any suggestions for safe play areas, parks petting zoo,s or any of the big hotels with play areas that allow non-residents access.
The large Luna Park in the centre of Napa has a food tent with a huge secure play area with an attendant. Padding everywhere and loads of apparatus to climb on. No charge for the play area and nobody insisting that you buy food. Some small rides in the park suitable for littlies.
the camel park near Larnaca is very good. have shetland pony rides if too small to ride the camels
is bar/restaurant in kapparis called Tonys tavern or something like that which has lots of inflatables. but do charge to use it even if eating or drinking there. but is a lot better & bigger than the bars that have free playgrounds
Larnaka Tourism (not the CTO) generally produce a comprehensive list of family-friendly list of things to do and places to visit with children and toddlers. Including children's clubs, sports, fun parks, camel and donkey parks, boat trips, fishing trips, cultural activities that have special kids programmes etc.etc. It may be worth contacting them as the list covers the whole of Larnaka District, not just the town.
