I go there occasionally for a new prescription or whatever. I always go after 11 o'clock because its not so crowded and it is usually possible to park then. At the registration, the clerk often tells me I have to ask the doctor if she will see me because she has had 44 patients. (She always says "yes"). But I do not believe this rule exists. At one time the doctors did protest and the union stipulated such a rule, but I believe it was temporary and has since been lifted - after all, the doctors are paid to work till 2 pm. If she says "no" at 12 o'clock, what does she do until 2 pm Anybody know the facts about this so-called rule?
