Would someone with no second language be likely to be able to find employment in a pharmacy in Cyprus, loads of qualifications and experience just only English speaking

I would say unlikely, given that all the packaging of pharmacautical items are in Greek, doctors prescriptions are in Greek and many of the older people do not speak English.
