Hi
Without title deeds being received do i pay Municipality taxes. The developer has refused to respond to my solicitor asking for them for many years

Hi soph

I expect you are required to pay municipal taxes (I assume you mean property-related taxes). But to be certain you'll need to read through your sales agreement to see what it says.

Regards,

Deeds or No Deeds, why should you not pay your local tax?
Maybe expect others to subsidise you?

Unless soph's sales agreement requires her to pay the various property taxes, she is not required to do so. If she is not required to pay, the developer will pay the taxes.

Regards,
