After a normal Windows Update which came through last night (normal shutdown) my Puter does not want to start this morning. Does not even get to the SAFE MODE or Recovery Screen . Blue Hard Drive Light is on but Mouse and Keypad etc do not seem to load.I suspect something to do with Drivers updated??
I have the original Win 7 Disc but that does not load either from CD
Any Recommendations for a Computer Technician in the Area( I am in Protaras but Paralimni etc will do as well)

Desktop of laptop?

Have you tried powering down completely (if laptop, remove battery)
Can you get into the BIOS?
It sounds strange that it won't even run from the CD.

Confused

Hi
Its a Desktop so cannot remove Battery.
Seems I cannot get even as far as BIOS
Just hear the Hard Drive Turning, but Monitor, Mouse and Keyboard do not come on
Was just fine the day before the Windows Update?
When I put the CD into the Drive it is the same Just get the Blue Harddrive Light but nothing else I cannot change the BOOT order because I cannot get there.
Any Ideas?
Thanks

Apparently the latest update of Windows 10 is causing problems, including failure to boot up.

Thank you
Miracles happen:
I opened the box , cleaned up all the dust, touched and moved a couple of cables and after switching on again "it" started again
Thank you all for commenting and advice.

On two occasions after updates on W10 my computer has played up with the keyboard going slow stopping or missing letters. Also failing to cursor back.

Solved the problem by deleting Chrome and re-installing it.
