booked 2 flights for my son and his wife on 12th Feb Larnaca to Manchester for 3rd July received email last week to say they had been changed to 5th July which I said were no good as they need to return to work so cancelled flights but Cobolt say they couldn't have their money back for 21 days when I asked why it is their Accounting policy even though I said they can take it within 5 mins so will not be booking with them again no matter how cheap.
We have just returned from a week in Madrid, flying with Cobalt.
70 passengers outbound and 40 coming home. We would have been very unhappy had they changed the flight days as we had a hotel booked.
Lack of advertising and stories like yours Marion, the passenger footfall will dry up and Cobalt will disappear from Cyprus.
