Indeed you did Vee and good on ya! The dearest Bailey's coffee I had to pay for was in a little cafe on the old waterfront in Lca. FIVE EUROS! And that's about 3 yrs ago. When I questioned it, they say it was the same price as 'all the other COCKTAILS' lol!
Love a Baileys coffee Vee, this year being the cheapskate I am, I bought the Aldi's own Baileys for £6.99 and OH makes a mean coffee....so I've happily enjoyed a few whilst it pissistently rains outside....yum I agree it's a nice reviver but not at any price... my 90yr old auntie introduced this little pleasure to me approx 20 yrs ago....I dread to think how many I've quaffed since...but I don't drink usually
When I have a Baileys Coffee it is usually served in a tall glass, beautifully presented, at times with cream on the top. That I gladly pay for but last night no effort was made to present this as something a little special.
It was not the bill I queried but the thought and presentation.
