if use Andrews shipping make sure u come to a complete and full understanding that they will be delivered to the door in Cyprus -- I had a few problems in that their agent here said I had to pick up from Limassol

I have just sent a large 1.6M high pallet with them. I have paid just under 300 to be delivered kerbside to my apartment. 400 for 2 large boxes sounds a lot.

I had to pay extra for the delivery in Cyprus but worked out loads cheaper than the quotes I got locally to collect it and bring to me.

Now I need to find someone sending stuff who would like to give me something for the pallet / box. It cost me 80 to make in the end. Would be nice to get something back rather than bin it

might be 2 years old but still informative to anyone reading -- useful information is just that no matter how old
the Cyprus agents tried to scam me --- it didn't work
but others should be aware -- I paid for door to door and that's what I expected -- and after prolonged arguments I got what I paid for.
when I paid Andrews shipping I asked for door to door ( endorsed with that on paperwork ) cause I guessed there might be a problem at this end and they hold my boxes til I pay again -- nice try but it didn't work also the comments wen they arrived of suffering from a bad back and not able to lift the boxes was countered with my comment that perhaps they should find alternative employment that was kinder to their backs
I am a nice guy with a often very forgiving nature but don't suffer fools and chancers gladly

Bill -- who still hasn't emptied the boxes and ive been here 8 years lol
