The other new complex seems to be at standing still but be prepared they turn up on site at 7.30 am sharp. We did not get much peace sleeping in our bedroom but the kids said they had not heard them!!! so you should be ok!!! Have you had a look at the new photo's?? the complex is coming on now! Yes, we did see the photos - Thanks again, it certainly helps to see what is happening. My only worry is that they will leave them like the other complex which will be an eye sore. I suppose we must be grateful that we are in Cyprus and not Spain, following all the reports recently. Jennie

We have a meeting in May so we should get more details then. But thanks for the offer. I was trying to find some purchase's??? As the other apartments our developers has on the go seems to be at standsill?? They are on the left going from Orphanines towards the Kapparis roundabout! just before pottery shop! I assume you live in Cyprus?? Thanks Again Jo

I think it is the same devloper as the electra compleex, Sergios & Costakis devlopment? Does anyone have any comments on the qulaity of build or any ohter problems we should watch out for? Personally we had no problems with our purchase!! Its the after service we would have an issue with?? The builder will take no responsibily for anything!! We have some cracks appearing on the complex of which he will not even look at??? The complex was not finished off ( never believe an artist impression ) get everything in writing!! Make sure you have a retention amount built into your contract if not to late??? at least 1000 CYP Hope this helps?? take a look at our complex!!! Speak Soon Jo

We were shown round a couple of their developments when we were over last week, but to be honest we looked at that many places in the space of a few days it's difficult to remember what was what.
