hi

i will be spending the winter in kapparis. i am prescribed a number of different medications which i am hoping to bring all that i need with me.

but during this period i will be due a b12 injection and also a contreception injection. does anyone know whether either of these will be available at the famagusta general hospital?

i could try and bring them with me and either administer them myself (as i self inject daily anyway) or take them to a doctor/nurse and ask them to do it. i know the contreception injection is in a prefilled syringe but i am unsure about the b12.

Hi Natasha - Lucy

My wife informs me that YES you can get a B12 injection at Famagusta General Hospital, you see a Doctor first and he then will give you a prescription for the B12 and you can then have it straight away.
Hope this is of some help to you. Smile

you won't find the depo birth control injection here so bring your pre-filled injection with you and any doctors office will inject you with it if you can't do it yourself. I take mine to my local chemist and he injects me for free.
