Thought about it but it will never happen... food is my hobby something I love doing.. wouldn't want to spoil it by making it into work ! lol..... besides I have a little place...its grandads kitchen every weekend feeding all of our Children, grandchildren, in laws and children plus partners, friends etc.... lol (somewhere between 6 and 20 people )

Made the curry sauce again yesterday but this time (as I didn't have any coconut milk or cream in) I used milk ! Much like you would make a bechamel/roux sauce.
Also once blended I added some extra chopped onion and peas (as this is done in some takeaways)

Used it to top some chicken fried rice (picture isn't brilliant as its off my camera phone, so colours and quality are a bit odd). Ps I didn't make the prawn crackers even I draw the line at some things... lol
