I have a problem with my left leg going 'dead' . If I stand too long it happens and the most I can walk is approx quarter of a mile before it goes dead. I have a view it may be something trapped in my lower back, I suffer from pain here also. When it does happen if I stand in a certain position it goes and I get a sort of 'cold rush' down my leg and then its back to normal till next time. Can anyone advise as to what course of treatment I should take ie physio or chiropracter.

Play safe and see a doctor first. Let them advice you after looking at you.

Yes do see a Doctor and have it all checked out properly. Could be a trapped nerve or circulation problems but do not guess see a specialist and get their opinion.

Your health is your wealth and you cannot buy it back and so look after it more than anything else that you own.

Sorry as I don't want to upset anyone but why you would post for medical advice on a forum and not go to the doctor just baffles me??
