| We have started to get a message appearing every couple of minutes saying Windows Explorer has encountered a problem and needs to close. Even if you close the computer down it still comes back every few minutes. Any idea how to get rid of it? Bear in mind we are complete amateurs so any explanation with have to be simple! Joyce |

Try running a disk clean up and defrag first also update any virus protection as a precaution. Did you make any changes or install something new before it started ? What system are you using and what version of IE ? If you still get the message after trying the above When you get the message click on the click here link at the bottom of the message box. Copy and paste the error message details and mail them to me or post on here. ST7 |
