I have just subscribed to the new Talk Talk offer, anyone have any comments or already with them? Regards Richard

I subscribed with them last year Richard, but didn't last very long! They messed up and I couldn't make any calls, but when I tried to call them, their customer services only worked Monday to Friday, office hours, so I was without a phone all weekend and then when I did get to speak to someone, it took forever and a day to sort it. So....I cancelled! They have since called me asking to go back and said that they now have longer opening hours for faults, etc. so maybe they're ok now :D I wouldn't go back to them though, to be honest for me it was more trouble than it was worth. Maybe I was just unlucky though

Well.... The phone service changed on the 1st June, we kept the same number and haven't noticed a thing (which is good).. As long as we hang up and dial again before we hit 70 minutes then there are no charges and this includes 28 Countries including the whole of the EU... So far so good and a thumbs up I have been told that the broadband modem will arrive by the end of July so no comments on this yet. I do intend on keeping my NTL broadband for a month or two just to make sure I am not without access.... Watch this space Richard

Hi, When we lived in the U.K. we changed from BT to Talk Talk. The service was very good and best of all the calls were so cheap and if you spoke to another talk talk customer is was free....no matter how long we were on the phone. My friend only lived over the road and we would stand and see each other whilst speaking it was great. It saved on shoe leather not having to cross the road.  Sue
