Hi, wife and I enjoying a great weekend in London, whilst looking at a map of the underground we noticed a stop on the DLR(Docklands light Railway) called Cyprus, anybody got an idea as to why. Cheers Graham

Hello Talking of the DLR . In summer 2010 Abbey Road DLR station will open , it is not far from Cyprus as it happens. So we can expect loads of confused tourists wondering about seeking out the Beatles studio. But for THAT Abbey Road they need to get themselves to St Johns Wood. http://developments.dlr.co.uk/pdf/extensions/stratford/Stratford%20Info%20Leaflet.pdf Alan
