Same as here.
Cyprus is not so bad. If you want to see real bad driving try Tehran (Iran) where it is dodgems for real. It is the only place I have seen expats with car tyres tied to all sides of their cars (like they were boats), and where no one parks with the handbrake on - so others can shunt them when they try and park in an adjacent space (or half space more often)!

The worst driving standards I have experienced were in Cairo, second place goes to Beruit.

Yes, those two are also grim.
Top 3 shared places then:
Cairo, Beirut, Tehran.

Cairo was my worst experience as well, Manila in a monsoon was a close second.

The craziest place for me was Haiti a month after the quake....
But I was told it was like that everyday even before the problem, you pull up at a junction of 2 or 3 lanes in each direction and cars, trucks and buses would fill every possible space in all 4 or 6 lanes all facing the same direction and then drive at each other when the lights change.

Cairo, huh! You should try Lagos, mind you I have been spending a lot of time in Limassol recently and it is a hell of a lot worse than Nicosia!
