"A 10.9% fall in tourist arrivals has taken its toll on consumption of locally produced beer in Cyprus, with local consumption in January-July 2009 down 11.9% over the same period of the previous year according to Financial Mirror calculations, at 21.2 mln litres. "

I feel partly to blame for the start of the years slump in consumption and must own up as, although I moved to Cyprus in January, due to work commitments my hubby didn't arrive on the Island until mid March....so very sorry...he did try his hardest to catch up though obviously didn't quite manage it :oops:
Don't panic I'm on it...my Irish (enough said) Mother and Father who are also retired landlord and lady (enough said) of about 20 years, are over for 3 weeks at Christmas and New Year!
So there'll be none of this from Uncle Sam:

:lol: Ruth it WOULD be a miricle Iv Packed in smoking 2 weeks now I wasnt botherd about stopping , but Amie smoked and shes only nearly 22 so if i could help her i would she said Mom shall we do it together i thought Adhrhh no ...but i have and iv got to be honest feel lots better 30 a day for years so hopefully i can keep it up Dawn x

it can't have dropped now as we spent 5 days in April and have just got back from another 3 weeks having only 1 dry day... and some very soggy ones ! :lol:
