Posted By: OROKLINIPROPOWNER

Oops, sorry got that wrong didn't I?! Tony

Posted By: OROKLINIPROPOWNER

easyjet flights for July are being advertised on travelsupermarket - I knew that I had seen them somewhere! Still not available on their own website though. Tony

Posted By: JudyH

Just checked Travel Supermarket......I certainly can't find EasyJet flights for July 2010!!! perhaps someone has got it wrong again :?

Posted By: OROKLINIPROPOWNER

If you put the dates in that you want to travel it is bringing up flights for easyjet, along with all of the other providers. They're not cheap though.

Posted By: JudyH

tried that!!!!! Gatwick to Larnaca on dates in July..not a sign of EasyJet showed for me :(

Posted By: MrsBouvier

Nope, no easy jet flights in July on travel supermarket...I figure once the 2009 summer season is finished (end of this month) they will put on the next available schedule i.e. July onwards....much confusion

Posted By: JudyH

Thanks Marge!!!!...began to think I was being stupid and not seeing them  suspect that it may be after Christmas but I keep a very close eye on the EasyJet site!!!! Judy

Now it works....what's going on

Is it anything to do with the fact that we're in Cyprus and your in the UK? Does their website recognise our IP's as being in Cyprus? This is all very odd. Still can't get Larnaca Gatwick beyond June 2010.

Hi Easy Jet Gatwick/Larnaca summer July onwards, flights were released just before Christmas last year.

so maybe we have to wait a bit longer for the summer 2010 flights LGW-LCA :( ....it would make sense after the end of October...summer season officially over.

At a guess I would say that it does.

I only remember as we were checking daily for the family, I remember looking Christmas day and we were to busy to be bothered by the next day the price had gone up.

This summer we flew in August from Manchester to Paphos and the flights were booked on 4 November 2008, which is the same day that the flights were released for sale.
They don't stay cheap for very long so I'd suggest checking their web site every morning and evening from tomorrow onwards. Getting out of bed that half and hour earlier to check online could be the difference between paying under £100 each or paying more than £150 plus each. If you register with them for flight notifications, with my experiences that email has always been received about 24 hours after they've gone on sale.

Perhaps clearing your caches now and again would help.

Fed up with Easy Jets attitude towards those that pay for Speedy Boarding, next summer we are flying with Cyprus Airways. Being a cynical git, that probably means that the State backed national airline will probably be on strike....! As for the Speedy Boarding farce, anyone that has been on a recent EJ flight may have noticed that a growing band of “special cases” have been given a special boarding group all of their own. Whilst at Gatwick awaiting to be boarded, a group of elderly people and a couple of folk with walking sticks were called forward in advance of the S-B group and were lead onto the aircraft, this practice also took place at Paphos. Funny old thing was that once boarded and sitting in the best seats, those with the walking sticks were quite freely walking up and down the aircraft, minus sticks. Not got anything against the disabled, the elderly or anyone else that needs special assistance, but I have always been led to believe that those that have paid for Speedy Boarding, board the aircraft before those that need Special Assistance that, also have their very own boarding group, namely, S-A. Also, it appears that the Cypriot staff at the boarding gate just can't be arrsed to use the special queuing equipment that they have been given that puts some order into the boarding priorities that their company dictates. If the company that makes the rules can't be bothered to enforce them, what's the point in having them as everyone will just do everything possible to buck the system. Seems that Easy Jet have succumbed to the world of Political Correctness and will beck and bow to anyone that can blag a good sob story.....

Posted By: roods

Just seen on EJ website: "The new schedule from July onwards will be released in April." Seems rather late to me compared with last years release.

Posted By: evo

HI All, I flew Ej 2 weeks ago. One of the elderly passengers needed special assistance as she was tanked. I was eating my breakfast in gatwick departures and she was on the G&T then. She was able to board ok but getting off she asked for a wheelchair. It was quite unbelievable. Also another pensioner that had requested SA to board was so impatient when the plane landed at Larnaca that she couldnt wait for the ambi-lift to carry here off.She got up and walked off. The trolly dolly was not pleased. Sorry to say but it seems to be the impatient pensioners (i know time is short) with the compulsary walking sticks doing all the pushing and shoving. I go with the rule "what goes around" Laters. Steve.

Roods Have just searched EasyJet website I can't find that information....am I missing something :?

"Our July / August / September 2010 flights will be released in late October"
Taken from When do you release your Summer 2010 schedule on the easyJet website.
Marion

Posted By: roods

Yes Marion, but if you look at the list of airports, Larnaca is not on there.

Posted By: roods

Judy H, go to book a flight on the last day of June, Larnaca to Gatwick one way. When the available flight page comes up select the Year View tab. The information is on there.

Posted By: marion

I had assumed, as Gatwick was there, it would cover all flights ex-Gatwick. Maybe the omission of Larnaca is an oversight? Mistakes happen. Time will tell! Marion

Posted By: JudyH

Blimey Roods.that information was well hidden...but will keep checking anyway!!! Cheers Judy

They are ON SALE now....also notified HERE

EASY JET SO CALLED BUDGET AIRLINE YOUR HAVING A LAUGH i am so happy i did not wait for easy jet to release there prices for Gatwick to Larnaca for next school summer holidays as i went a head and booked Cyprus airways from Heathrow to Larnaca for 3.5 weeks for 4 at £880 that included meal drinks leg room and a seat number. easy jet for the same days £930 with no meal no drinks and no seat number as you have a free for all and cramped for 5 hours. please tell me how they can justify budget airline.

Posted By: PAUL SANGSTER

forgot and a film on cyprus airways

Posted By: roods

I'm going Larnaca Gatwick next August during the school holidays on Easyjet -€117 each return including hold baggage. All depends when you book.

Posted By: sleb

Just checked EJ website and for a 3 week stay between 6th - 27th July 2010 from Gatwick to Larnaca = £102.98. That does not include baggage. I think thats a good price for a summer flight.

Posted By: MrsBouvier

We have booked some great bargain flights for next summer 3 different return flights in July and August (for family)...very pleased with the prices!!!

Posted By: evo

I booked last week with EJ for next year. £157 return all in for both of us.Complete bargain. Laters, Steve.

Posted By: DAC

Budget Airline, you're taking the pisss.......! Glad I booked our flights with Cyprus Airways and didn't wait for Easy Jet. Loyalty is a hard won battle, but I'm afraid that with BASE prices like those they've lost this customer. 15 Flights we booked last year with EJ, But no more. For the same dates that we've booked for next summer E-J are £155 more expensive. Plus, it would mean flying to Paphos and not to Larnaca as we are with CYP Air.
