Can you tell me if there is anyway I can find out it my developer has been issued with a 'Certificate of Final Approval' from the relevent authorities, as I quote the following from the Cyprus Property Action Group
Article 10 of the Streets and Buildings Regulations Law, Cap. 96, provides that no person shall occupy, use or permit any other person to occupy or use any building, unless and until a certificate of approval has been issued in respect thereof by the appropriate authority.

| If a certificate has been issued, the Municipality/District Office/Town Planning Department will have it.
But as you may know, having a law is one thing, making sure it's enforced is another matter. If the authorities decided to enforce that particular law, there wouldn’t be enough space in the prisons to hold all the offenders!
