Once switched on going to Smart iptv the screen keeps coming up with `check playlist nr.1Url` will not even load and buffers then says connection failed. Any ideas folks. Thanks

In the Smart IPTV app got to settings: Long press center button (select button), a pop up circle will appear in middle of screen, press center select button again to go to settings page. You will see your MAC address and a big pink Restart box. Just press center select button again and Smart IPTV will restart and reload your playlist file from the siptv.eu server. If that doesn't work go to http://siptv.eu/mylist/ put your MAC address in, re-upload your playlist file then click the upload button then restart follow the instructions above to restart Smart IPTV on your FireTV stick. If that still does not work, check some of the URLs in your M3U file are actually working. You can do this using VLC player on a computer and opening a network stream (Media menu -> Open Network Stream). If all of the above stuff about siptv.eu and playlist files is completely meaningless and you have a fire TV stick that was configured with Smart IPTV by someone else then you need to go back to them!
