i had take away from the raj in protaras and it was simply awful. i had tried it once before a few years back and thought maybe this time changing back to an indian restaurant from seasons they may have it right this time. my first complaint was the amount of artificial coloring in the rice. my second was that the rogan I had, tasted like it was from one of those jars you can buy in the supermarket finally, the price - they are taking the piss!

I have over the last few weeks tried a few Indian and Chinese takeways and sit ins, Raj included,. I have not found one I would recommend to anyone. A shame because the standard of food is very high in most local/meditarenean restaraunts (with some outstanding !!!)

Hi Paul, have you told them? I find this is better than putting it here (nothing wrong with this), but if you tell them, they are more likely to do something about it. Most restaurants would welcome any comments, good or bad. Regards, Jim.

hi jim to be honest, no I never went back and told them. I am sure some people actually like the food and if so fair enough. my main gripe is paying for this food when it has not been made. if they are using jars of sauce and simply adding too them, what else can they do to rectify my complaint? I don't eat out at all and this particular meal was bought for me. i wish them all the luck in the world - they need it judging from my meal. paul

| Hi Paul, I go to the Masalla on the Dekalia Road (next door to KFC) it's really lovely and they have a 2 course set menu which you can choose your own curry, for about 20euros, service is excellent too!! Enjoy Suzyone.
